District Supervisors are responsible for providing service, technical support and leadership to a team of Service Technicians. Ensuring outstanding service performance, strengthening client relationships and developing their territory.

Job Description: Service Specialist

Requirements

Education (Minimum High School Diploma)

Desire to Help Promote Environmental Health and Safety

Training
Guardian offers paid training, no previous pest management experience is necessary. Training begins with classroom studying for state certification examination. After the individual has achieved their state certification there is an extensive field training program. Upon completion of field training the individual is given their respective territory and is responsible for their clients and the development of the territory.

Duties / Responsibilities
Service Specialists are responsible for providing pest solutions and pest prevention services to established commercial, industrial and residential clients. Upon completion of servicing all scheduled clients, Service Specialists are responsible for new client prospecting.

Guardian offers a very competitive and aggressive compensation program that rewards individuals for performance and hard work.

Guaranteed Minimum Base Salary
Production Based Pay (the more revenue you generate the more pay you receive)
Merchandise Sales Commission
New Contract Sales Bonus

Service Specialists are also rewarded with increased Production Pay based on years of service and education.
