Will the products you use harm my employees?
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approves all the products that Guardian Pest Control uses.
Are the products you use safe?
The United States has the highest safety testing standards in the world:
Pesticides must pass more than 120 tests, some of which can detect even minor cancer-causing potential.
It takes an average of 8-10 years to complete testing for a pesticide.
An average of only 1 per 20,000 possible products make it through testing.
Testing is ongoing and standards are often raised.
Specific testing looks for potential for cancer, birth defects and other possible problems. Products that show an unacceptable hazard potential are rejected.
Will the odor harm me?
The odor that you smell after a pesticide application usually comes from a solvent much like the solvent that is used in paint or household cleaners.
Do you have to spray or are there other means of controlling pests?

The MSDS information explains about the active ingredient in its concentrated form. We dilute most of the products we use in 99% water before use.
What kind of training do your technicians receive?
All of Guardian Pest Control’s technicians are university trained and state certified. We also have continuing education training at our corporate offices each month. After a technician has completed two years of service they are eligible to complete their masters certification. Many of our technicians are also AIB Certified Quality Control Sanitarians.
Will the products you use harm my pet?
The active ingredients in many commonly used pesticides are also used in flea and tick collars, pet shampoos and other over-the-counter products.
Can we be home when you do the work? Staying out of the area until the product has dried thoroughly can minimize exposure to pesticides by people and pets.
